Many web designers have a list of their favorite websites they frequent. Be it for useful tools, inspiration, or resources.
Today, I am going to share some hot picks from my bookmark list. Enjoy. =)
1. A List Apart
This is where one gets to learn the coolest, most interesting web design skills. Hacks, workarounds, and really useful code. This is not one of those common library of web design tutorials and code out there. Almost everything inside is revolutionary, things that stretch the limitations of our current web standards.
I got the alternative CSS javascript code code for this blog from one of their CSS articles. Try clicking on the scroll by settings to see how alternative CSS is used to change scrolling for this blog.

2. Template Monster
Why in the world would a template website will be on the list?!
Surely a web designer would not need premade templates? They are the ones making templates. But as for every artist out there, web designers do need inspiration too.
This site really has some very professional templates that you can get your inspiration from. The flash templates are especially dynamic and cool. Eye-candy.

7. CSSZenGarden
Though I have mentioned it rather often in my posts, this one is really worth re-mentioning. Everytime when I want to start out with a totally new CSS layout, I would go to this place to get some inspirations and references. The main point of this website is to showcase the designing power of CSS over a single HTML page, without altering the HTML.
Some of the layouts are so amazing that it can persuade any old fashioned table abiding we designer to master the beauty of CSS.

8. Whitespace Remover
This is a tool for removing whitespace in HTML and CSS. Though simple in outlook, it has served me well in many many occasions.
Unlike many other web tools, this one loads fast, fast enough for times of a coding emergency. Though not stated, it can also remove whitespace other computer languages, such as C++ or php.

9. Web-kreation
This is one very very useful blog that has some good posts. It mostly contain lists of various javascript freebies. When I say javascript, I mean professional and modern looking ones, not those type used in those past decade sites. I would really recommend the post on the 30 Free and Useful Web-Based Tools For Designers.
